French 75​


45 ml gin
25 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml simple syrup
Chilled Bottega White Gold
Lemon twist, for garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker. Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled. Strain the mixture into a champagne flute or coupe glass.

Top off the glass with chilled Bottega White Gold. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with a lemon twist for an extra touch of elegance.

Cucumber starters​

24 small crackers
1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
150g cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: radishes or edible flowers for garnish

Mix cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture on each cracker.
Top with a cucumber slice and garnish as desired.
