Oak cask aging

Once our carefully crafted whisky is distilled to perfection, it’s time for its journey into the oak barrels. These barrels aren’t just any barrels; they’re like the secret ingredient that adds depth, flavour, and character to our beloved spirit.
As our whisky rests inside these oak barrels, it begins a beautiful dance
with the wood. The oak allows the whisky to breathe, infusing it with
subtle hints of vanilla, caramel, and spice. Over time, as it matures, the
whisky takes on richer, more complex flavours, evolving into the liquid
gold we all know and love.
Whiskey sour
With its perfect balance of tartness, sweetness, and the warm
embrace of whisky, Whisky Sour is a drink that’s sure to please even
the most demanding palate.
Ingredients:
5 cl Glen Alpin whisky
3 cl fresh lemon juice
2 cl simple syrup
Optional: a dash of Angostura bitters
Ice cubes
Garnish: a slice of lemon or a cherry
Instructions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour in Glen Alpin, fresh lemon
juice, and simple syrup. If desired, add a dash of Angostura bitters
for an extra layer of flavour. Shake vigorously until well chilled, about
15-20 seconds. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon or a cherry for that perfect finishing touch
